This 30-minute yoga practice is designed to support you through the transitions of menopause - including perimenopause and postmenopause - with compassion and care.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful rest, this class helps regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and support hormonal balance. You’ll move through a grounding sequence to build strength, improve circulation, and release heat, followed by calming poses to soothe anxiety, improve sleep, and restore energy. Whether you're experiencing hot flushes, fatigue, mood changes, or simply seeking time to reconnect with your body, this class offers a safe and nurturing space.
