  • Yes. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, with clear guidance and options offered throughout so you can move at your own pace.

  • Not at all. Yoga is about working with your body as it is today, not how it “should” look. Flexibility naturally develops over time, but it is never a requirement.

  • A yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. Props (like blocks or straps) can be helpful but are not essential.

  • Please let me know before class. I offer variations and encourage you to work within your own comfort levels, but you are always your own best guide.

  • Yes - private sessions, workshops, and special events (including birthday yoga/ hen parties) are available on request.
