You’ll be guided with clarity and encouragement throughout, with options to suit your body and experience - no pressure, no expectations.

What to expect

Gentle Warm-Up
Each class begins with simple stretches and breathing practices to release tension, awaken the body, and prepare you for movement.

Accessible Poses
Explore foundational yoga postures (asana) with variations and modifications, allowing you to build strength, flexibility and confidence at your own pace.

Slow, Embodied Flow
Move through a steady, flowing sequence that links breath and movement, encouraging a sense of ease, presence and connection.

Relaxation & Stillness
