This deeply nourishing Friday night practice offers a gentle pause - a chance to release what the month has held and reconnect with a sense of ease before the weekend begins.
Restorative yoga by candlelight, a soothing soundscape, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, all held in the comfort of my home studio.
Restorative yoga supports deep physical and mental relaxation, helping to counteract stress, fatigue, and overstimulation - particularly beneficial at the end of a busy month.

We begin with a nourishing feel-good yoga practice, with panoramic views over Avon beach, the sea, to the Isle of Wight.
Expect fluid, embodied movements, guided breathwork and moments of spacious stillness - leaving you feeling, open, grounded and energised.

Brunch - The Noisy Lobster
After yoga, we move downstairs for a relaxed, delicious brunch in the restaurant at the Noisy Lobster - a family-run, award-winning restaurant.
Overlooking the beach, it offers gorgeous views of the channel and the Isle of Wight Needles.

Sauna & Sea - The Saltwater Sauna
The afternoon offers private access to The Saltwater Sauna.
Move between the warmth of a wood-fired Nordic sauna and optional dips in the sea for a cold-water plunge.
This contrast therapy is deeply energising, mood-boosting, and empowering.
