Yoga Classes in Southampton

Yoga & Movement Facilitator

Hello, I'm Karen Anibaba, a passionate yogi and movement enthusiast based in Southampton, UK. With over two decades of experience as a PE and dance teacher, my journey has been one of continuous exploration and growth.

Based in the heart of Southampton, I offer group classes in a wonderful new dance studio setting. Or for private lessons, there’s my studio. More than just a space - it's a sanctuary where individuals can embark on their own transformative journey.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or taking your first steps on this path, I invite you to join me in exploring the beauty of movement and the serenity of the present moment.
